# Step 3a: Hit The Button -> Buy SHD in >30 seconds

"The Button" is a feature that simplifies entry into a new economy (*Shade's ecosystem*) by allowing users to buy $SHD with **zero slippage and zero trading fees**, while also providing access to exclusive support and community resources.

The following are supported assets of The Button:

* USDC.nbl
* USDC.axl
* wETH.axl
* ATOM
* SCRT

## <mark style="color:purple;">How to Buy $SHD in under 30 seconds</mark>&#x20;

1️⃣ On the Shade App, click [Utilities](https://app.shadeprotocol.io/swap/buy-shade).

2️⃣ At the top of the page click 'The Button'

3️⃣ Select the asset in the 'from' drop down&#x20;

4️⃣ Enter the amount ($5000 USD minimum)

5️⃣ Click "HIT THE BUTTON" and approve the transaction

After a user presses The Button, the protocol re-routes the deposited purchase amount and buys SHD on ShadeSwap, ensuring that direct buy pressure is applied to SHD. The Button is a powerful feature that ensures that large buyers of SHD can enter without paying large amounts on slippage and trading fees.
